The Venere Suite's whirlpool tub was excellent. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the whole B&B is well maintained and fully furnished. It's also peaceful, with lovely views, just as the photos show.

The views take in both the sea and the countryside, and the hot tub was incredibly relaxing. The property itself is spacious and welcoming, with impeccable cleanliness that we especially appreciated in these challenging times. We spent Valentine's weekend here and got an excellent welcome from Monia, who was very kind, attentive, and always available to make us comfortable. We're sure we'll gladly come back as soon as we can.

We loved having meals on the apartment's large kitchen balcony, with the sea and hills in view. The apartment is elegant, spacious, beautifully kept, and very clean. Monia and her family are courteous and always ready to listen and help. They really want guests to feel at home. Porto Sant'Elpidio is charming, with a lovely waterfront, a bike path, and lots of play areas for children. The locals are kind and welcoming, and our holiday was full of peace, hospitality, and good food. Silvia, Simona, and Emma.

After working in Civitanova Marche all day, we spent one night at this B&B. The bathroom was huge, with a shower and a TOP whirlpool tub, and the room was clean and comfortable. Monia, the owner, was super kind and attentive to everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!
