We had everything we needed for a week, including a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. The apartment is very conveniently placed, just steps from the public beach and the resorts. Laura and her husband were attentive and so kind and friendly. We're really pleased we chose it. See you next time!

The host gave us great ideas for places to eat and things to see, and the house was clean and had all we needed. My family and I spent a few days at Castelli di Sabbia and had a great time. The free beach is just steps away. Highly recommended!

The owner was always ready to help, and the apartment is very close to both the pine forest and the beach. We stayed with our family, and the welcome was excellent, including for my very cute Chihuahua. With the high temperatures last week, the air conditioning was much appreciated.

The location worked really well, with public and private beaches only a few minutes away. The town center has more restaurants and bars and takes about a 15-20 minute walk along the seafront. We spent a week here in July and had a positive stay. The accommodation suited two people, and Laura was an excellent host, always available and available. See you next time.

Free private parking was a real bonus, and there are pharmacies and supermarkets within walking distance. The house itself was perfect for a relaxing stay, with modern furnishings, great cleanliness, and all the comforts we needed. It's two minutes from the sea, a beautiful pine forest, and a bike path where you can rent bikes and quads. The town center is also a short walk away. The owners are lovely, kind, and always available. Mrs. Laura welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. She was polite and discreet, and recommended great places for dinner, aperitifs, breakfast, and anything else we needed. We had a completely relaxing week and will definitely return. Porto Sant'Elpidio and Mrs. Laura will stay in our hearts. A hug from our daughter and a big hello from Calabria. See you soon ❤️
