10/10
We were stuck nearby, and this was the only hotel willing to help us with a late booking and the option to extend. The reception staff speak two languages and showed real kindness. Our room was clean and quiet, with air-conditioning, a terrace overlooking the sea, and both a shower and bathtub. They really made us feel welcome.

8/10
The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the location is very nice, within walking distance of Portoferraio town center and five of Isola d’Elba's best-known beaches. The rooms were clean, though a little small, and the interiors could use some refreshing.

Way too noisy. I couldn't sleep in at all because the cleaners were working in the morning, singing and talking really loudly to each other in the corridor. I won't be back.

A quiet, clean hotel with WiFi, TV, and a bar in the room. It’s close to the sea, port facilities, and bus station.

Lovely location and friendly staff, though the rooms feel a bit dated.
