Having a pool was one of the main things we wanted, so we canceled our booking. Just before the trip, we learned we'd been moved to a nearby “partner” property. It was next door and about the same quality, but nobody had told us the pool cost €15 per person per day or that it was closed for the summer for “maintenance.” It also doesn't belong to the hotel. We had booked for a week.

The caretaker was really friendly and suggested a few places to eat. The apartments are lovely, terraced, and set up for four people, with everything you need for a great holiday.

That classic Italian warmth and hospitality.

We slept well, and the apartment itself was clean and neat. There was a strong smell of polish, though, and the humidity was annoying, even if understandable. The bathroom mirror had no light, and the little stove didn't work.
