Porto Sole Rooms

Breakfast is served upstairs, and our room looked out over the port. If you want to stay right in the heart of Portoferraio, this is a great spot, with air conditioning in the rooms. Just keep the stairs in mind if you're bringing heavy suitcases. There are several steep flights, which could be difficult for some people. Parking can be a little inconvenient too, though you can get a ZTL pass.

The room was spacious, clean, and had good air conditioning. The views are extremely picturesque, and the service was lovely, especially the cleaning lady, who was a saint. Getting luggage up and down four flights of stairs was a real pain, especially on a humid day. There was no assistance, and if you're not in good shape or have anything bigger than a carry-on, it could be impossible.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we're planning to return to Elba next year. Porto sole rooms have a great style, and our beautiful room had a big bed, a balcony, and a really stunning view. The hospitality was lovely, and breakfast was good Italian food. It's right by the harbor in central Portoferraio. We'll let you know when we come again. Best wishes, Adriana & Ronald.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and everything was very clean. It's perfectly placed in Portoferraio, close to everything, with easy access and straightforward communication with the owner. Absolutely loved it, highly recommended. We'll be back in spring.
