Villa Bel Panorama - a beautiful house with an amazing sea view-Villa Bel Panorama

I don’t often leave bad reviews, but the way this was handled was confusing, unhelpful, and frustrating. Our group asked to move check-in one day earlier after a last-minute travel change. The host confirmed the property was available and clean that day, but getting a clear answer took hours. First they’d check whether it was possible. Then I was told to go through Airbnb, then that I could pay by credit card directly. After that, they said no changes were possible, then said it was free that night and ready, and finally insisted they absolutely couldn’t change the booking. Calls from me and Airbnb went unanswered, and the messages were inconsistent and dismissive. I understand hosts have rules, but the problem was the poor communication. A clear no at the start would have let me make other plans. Instead, I got vague and conflicting replies, gave up, and booked somewhere else at the last minute. They made no effort to fix things or take responsibility, and received over €450 for a stay I never used. Air BnB was very helpful and did its best to assist me. They ended up compensating me for one full night even though they weren’t obligated to. If your plans are fixed and you don’t need flexibility or much communication, this place might work. If you care about clear answers, responsiveness, or basic customer service, I’d look elsewhere.
