We left after just one night because of bed bugs, a rock-hard mattress, and hair in the sheets. The air conditioning also wasn't working, even though it was the middle of winter. The owner barely replied to our messages, disputed all of this, and gave us poor customer service. We got no refund. Days earlier I'd sent another message and still hadn't heard back, but then I saw the property's response below. Their priorities seem completely off.

We booked for four people and found the hotel even more beautiful and comfortable than expected. The staff were really helpful, especially the girl, who was so nice to us.

We got very good value here in the off season, and the view was beautiful. The furnishings were high quality and the staff were lovely. There are a couple of small things to sort out, like peeling paint around the shower heads and making access to the gym easier for men. Neither took away from how good a place it is to stay. Highly recommend.

A very good hotel close to Cinq Terre. Many thanks to Giorgia for helping us during our stay.
