We had a completely satisfying, if short, stay, and Massimiliano and his family made us feel like guests rather than customers. Our start was nearly disastrous because of problems with the car during the delivery process, but the owner's understanding and willingness to accommodate us turned things around. The staff and management are reliable and capable, and you can tell they're passionate about what they've built and about their land. The property was created entirely by Massimiliano and his family. The location is convenient, with Budoni and Posada nearby for well-known food shops and services, as well as some of Sardinia's most famous beaches. Our room was clean and well equipped, and its ensuite bathroom worked for a couple. Breakfast was plentiful, made entirely by the staff, with local and international products. If you get the chance, ask the owner for restaurant tips for typical meat and seafood dishes. Guests can use a drying rack, refrigerator, and beach essentials too. One detail: for at least the Mirella room, the website says there's a fan, but it actually has a new and very efficient air conditioner. We told them two years ago that we'd come back if we returned to Sardinia, and here we are at OASI DI GINO. It's a peaceful place surrounded by greenery, close to the famous beaches and to quieter, lesser-known ones that are just as beautiful. A spot to rest body and mind and enjoy authentic food, from hearty savory breakfasts to homemade desserts made by Massi's mother. We love coming back to Oasi di Gino. It's perfectly placed for beaches south of Olbia, including the best-known ones, San Teodoro, Budoni, Posada, and the queen of beaches, "Berchidda." The welcome is excellent, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is delicious.

A friend and I spent a couple of days here while touring by motorcycle. The location was beautiful and well cared for, our room was clean, and the air conditioning worked. Breakfast was fit for a king. Massimiliano was wonderful, kind, and available with advice about where to go nearby. We highly recommend him and hope to come back soon.
