The rooms are spotless, nicely decorated with a personal touch, and a good size. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the bed itself is generously sized. There’s a fridge in the room too. If you’d rather not sleep with the AC on, the window has a permanent mosquito net and blinds to keep the room cool. Beautiful beaches are an easy short drive away. It’s a quiet, pleasant location for a relaxing holiday, but there’s a pizzeria nearby with delicious pizza, and more places to eat and get ice cream around the historic center. There’s no private parking, though convenient parking is available in the area. Elena & Niccolò are welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. Eniola sent clear check-in and check-out instructions and a courteous WhatsApp message, while Niccoĺo helped with breakfast. They recommended local beaches and places to eat. I travel a lot, and this is the cleanest place I’ve ever seen. The housekeeper did an amazing job. We loved everything, so if you’re thinking of booking, just do it. This is the longest review I’ve ever posted! :D Highly recommended. Elena & Niccolò, you’re great people. Wishing you all the best, and I hope to visit Sardinia again and stay here.

From the bed, you can see the sea, and the room feels fresh and cozy. The nearest beach is just a four-minute drive away. The host was amazing and ready to help with anything. Such a great place to stay around Olbia, 11/10! 🙏🏼😎

The B&B feels brand new, with spacious rooms furnished in good taste. Niccolò and Elena added their own personal touch to the renovation, and the details throughout feel carefully thought through. Parking is convenient, and the location is very close to the historic center, which is a little gem worth visiting. Highly recommended!
