The terrace was meant to be part of the stay, but it also served as a walkway to a neighboring property, so there was little privacy. We had hot water problems as well. We were promised a refund, then told the host had blocked it. For such an expensive place, arriving to a broken key, a long wait to get inside, and an apartment that looked poorly cleaned made this one of my most disappointing stays. When we raised the issues, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Mr. Angelo from De Vivo Realty was especially rude and made us feel our complaints didn’t matter. Poor service and communication, and not worth the price. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The location was good, but poor communication, cleanliness problems, and extremely unprofessional service overshadowed the stay. On arrival, we had problems accessing the property and concerns about its condition. When we raised them, Angelo Ambrosio from De Vivo Realty was rude and arrogant, repeatedly raising his voice instead of addressing what we felt were legitimate complaints from guests paying over €600 per night. He dismissed our concerns by saying there were “bigger issues in the world, like war” than delayed access and the property’s condition. His behavior felt disrespectful and, in our view, discriminatory. He was confrontational rather than helpful, and we felt unwelcome. For that price, we expected much better accommodation and service. It was frustrating and disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend the property or management company.
