The wine tasting was a highlight, and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay made Palazzo Murat feel extra special. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging drivers to Ravello, Amalfi, and even the airport so everything went smoothly. The grounds and gardens are stunning, and the views are breathtaking. We loved the restaurant and had fantastic breakfasts each morning. Truly magical, can’t wait to come back!

We photographed a beautiful rehearsal dinner at Palazzo Murat in Positano, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Right in the heart of town, it’s surrounded by lush gardens and incredible bougainvillea, making it feel like a hidden paradise. The atmosphere was lively, romantic, and full of that unmistakable Positano charm.

The porter setup was a huge help: Palazzo Murat has nearby parking and porters, so we didn’t have to drag our bags up Positano’s hills and stairs. It’s pricey, but for what we wanted it felt like good value compared with similar hotels. We had the Kings room on the top floor, with lovely furnishings and tilework, plenty of space for two, and great views of town, the church, and the sea. The bathroom worked well for Western tourists, and WiFi was available. The central location also made it easier to get around despite all the stairs in Positano. Staff were friendly, remembered our names, and were quick with housekeeping and helpful with requests and reservations. Thanks to Leonardo and the team. There’s a restaurant on site that we didn’t try, and breakfast had lots of choices. Phenomenal stay, highly recommend.

Leonardo, the Guest Relations Manager, really helped save our stay. When our luggage was delayed in Naples, he arranged for it to be picked up from the airline so we could enjoy our time. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with an incredible view over Positano. The pool area was peaceful, a great spot to unwind after exploring. Breakfast staff were warm and attentive each morning, too. Palazzo Murat is right in the heart of town, just a few steps up from the port, yet it still feels serene. We stayed four nights and can’t recommend it enough. We’re grateful to the whole team for making the trip unforgettable.

Lucio helped us book an excursion to Capri, which made our trip extra memorable. The hotel is also close to the beach, with plenty of shops nearby. We celebrated our anniversary in Positano and had a wonderful time. A sunset cruise was the highlight of our visit, and we highly recommend it.
