Positano Art Hotel Pasitea

The room was stunning, with a sea view and a jacuzzi tub on the balcony. Waking up to that every day was unforgettable. The artistic decor made by one of the owners gives the hotel a lot of charm and character. For Positano, room service was a nice surprise: it arrived quickly and was very reasonably priced. The welcome was warm from the start. A gentleman greeted us outside, explained the hotel and helped us get oriented. His directions to the beach were spot on for the boat we had booked for the next day. They had a few little surprises for our wedding anniversary, too. Later, a kind and funny staff member helped with our luggage; we realized he was also the bartender, and he shared more useful tips about the area. Everyone treated us like family throughout the stay. At checkout, Brizio had everything organized, including our car ready on time, and made the departure as smooth as arrival. We'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Positano. We're quite picky about accommodations, and this exceeded our expectations. It's worth the price for the area.

The balcony view from our room was breathtaking, and having drinks from the beautiful hotel bar, in the lounge or delivered to our room, was such a treat. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time, always kind and helpful despite us speaking very little Italian. They gave us great directions around Positano, recommended restaurants and activities, and even helped arrange shuttles to and from Naples and local spots. Highly recommend for the service and stunning setting. Our sincerest thanks to the whole staff for making our Positano holiday an absolute dream!

It was easy to get to, with lots of great restaurants nearby, and the view was beautiful. Ahmed really stood out among the helpful staff. He was patient, friendly, and a great worker. His help made the trip flow much more easily: he arranged taxis, told us what was nearby, and gave clear directions wherever we needed to go. Thank you, Ahmed, you were awesome.

The rooms were cosy, the views spectacular, and the breakfast delicious. The staff were lovely, the bar was equipped better than any other, and everything was immaculately clean. Hotel Pasitea was fabulous. I'd gladly come back. Thank you, guys!
