Villa Diamond Luxury Suites

We really enjoyed our five nights at Villa Diamond Suites. The terrace is beautiful, and the daily breakfast was delicious. Staff checked in with us each day, which we appreciated. The location worked perfectly for us, close to good restaurants and the beach. We stayed in the smaller of the two suites, and there are a couple of things to know: during the day you can hear footsteps from above, and guests in the larger suite need to cross your terrace. Neither bothered us, but it’s useful to be prepared. We’d gladly recommend the property.

The breakfast was generous and beautiful, and felt like a real luxury. The team were wonderful, especially the women looking after us. They were warm, kind, helpful, spoke English, and even filmed a video for me. They made me feel special. On the morning we checked out, which was also the start of my birthday, they surprised me with a lovely dessert and warm wishes. I hadn’t expected it, and it made me so happy. The welcome, the cleanliness, and all the beautiful details were perfect from the start. Villa Diamond was love at first sight. Its location gives you the full Positano experience, with the whole town right in front of you. The view is unforgettable at every hour, from morning to night. The jacuzzi made it even more special in the cooler weather, with the warm water and that view. I’d give this place a million stars if I could. One of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I’ll 100% come back.

The patio view was gorgeous at every hour, with morning sunshine and water views even at night, and having a jacuzzi there was a treat. Our spacious larger suite had working air conditioning and a beautiful bathroom with an incredible shower view. We stayed at Villa Diamond for our honeymoon in early March 2025, and it felt like heaven. The location and views were the best in the city, with only a short walk down to the main square and beach. Claudio, the Villa Manager, met us on arrival and helped carry our bags down the steps, which we really appreciated. He arranged breakfast for whatever time we wanted on the patio, a highlight of the stay, and gave us helpful restaurant suggestions since many places weren’t open yet in early March. Carmine and Lella kept everything spotless each day. They made delicious breakfasts with fresh eggs, bacon, fruit, coffee made to order, and a lovely selection of pastries. They were very kind. We’d definitely recommend splurging on this Villa for a trip to Positano. It made our stay.

The view is amazing, and the jacuzzi was great. We stayed here for our honeymoon yesterday and today, and were really satisfied with the accommodation. The host speaks English, though the Italian accent made communication a little difficult for me, so I used Papago. They’re very sociable too. After checking out, I ran into them at a nearby wedding venue and felt a bit drained of energy, haha. Breakfast came in huge portions, with an egg omelet, bread, and cappuccino. The place sits right on the stairs halfway between the shuttle bus and the ferry, so I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid going all the way up and down. Text the host if you need a porter, and they’ll arrange one.
