For Positano, the price was affordable compared with many other hotels, and the location was great, close to the beach so we didn’t have to climb too many stairs every day. The staff were welcoming and arranged a porter for us at checkout. Our room was clean and functional. I’d absolutely stay again.

The location was just right, right by the water and within walking distance of all the delicious restaurants. I loved the price, room, view, and staff at Villa Flavio Gioia. Lucia was a huge help. If you need reservations for food, drivers, boats, or anything like that, she’ll make it happen. The Villa was amazing and absolutely perfect. I’m so thankful for the wonderful experience, and I highly recommend staying here.

The location made our stay easy, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all close by. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace and its water view. The rooms were clean and well cared for, and the service was excellent. Recommended for a stay in Positano!

You can decide if it’s worth 500 EUR a night. There’s a handy little grocery shop in the same building, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and lovely, though very basic, and beach towels are provided. The location is good if you want to be near Positano beach, which I didn’t find particularly impressive.

After four nights here, I’ve come to know the Positano area well, and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else if I return. The apartment and hotel were spotless, and the location easily compares with a 5 Star hotel. My family and I felt so well looked after. Christiana, Pina, Clementina, Magdalena and Domenico were all wonderful, sincere, kind, and friendly, and the whole staff went out of their way to help, from housekeeping requests to arranging airport transfers. They communicated really well throughout. Christian answered all my questions promptly weeks before the hotel opened for the season, and reassured me about the reservation and transfers. Everything was just as he promised. We checked out earlier today, and I’m being honest because I rely on reviews when I travel away from work and want future guests to know how it was. Happy Easter, and thank you Christian, Christiana, Pina, Clementina, Magdalena and Domenico for the fabulous hospitality. All the best from Milé & Mirjana Predojevic and family in Australia.
