Villa Maria Antonietta

I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Positano. The owners were lovely, friendly, and helpful, and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been travelling solo around Italy for a few weeks, and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in. It was quiet and relaxing, close to the main road of shops and not far from the beach. Breakfast came with a beautiful view, and the rooms were made up every day. Thank you!

There are a few stairs, but that’s nothing compared with most of Positano. The location and host were excellent, and our host was always so helpful. Breakfast was a fresh, nicely presented Italian continental spread. The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked well, and it was serviced every day. I highly recommend this Villa. To find it, go up the lane to the left of Hotel Savoia. Google and Apple Maps can get rather confused.

The balcony, the view, and breakfast were amazing. The rooms are clean and beautifully presented, and the water pressure was great. I’m in love with Positano, and with Carla and Edd. Eduardo, our friend Edd the cat, even came to visit, and we loved him so much. From my first contact with Carla, I felt welcomed into her beautiful home. She greeted us warmly and chatted with us each morning. She’s the sweetest and gave us the holiday we needed. I’ll miss her when we leave, but we’ll be back. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Positano. Bellissimo!

The property was lovely, with lots of flowers and even a banana tree. Giuseppe and Carla run this family-owned hotel, and I felt like a guest in their home. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the little balcony looked out over the sea. It’s quite close to town and the port compared with some other places to stay. We parked very near the hotel in a recommended garage. I’d happily return.
