The hostess was so friendly and helped us arrange a front-row beach umbrella and beds. She also got us a 10% discount at the mini market around the corner, shared nearby places to visit, and one morning even left tasty cakes at our door. The apartments are large, quiet and very clean, with recent renovations and a lovely view across the valley to the sea. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Many thanks!

We spent a week at Casa la Concia with our two dogs, and I hope we can come back soon. Elisabetta was a lovely owner, full of useful tips, and even brought us homemade treats for breakfast. The new apartment was spotless, with a panoramic terrace and an incredible sense of peace and quiet. The location is handy too, about 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from Recanati and Loreto. Highly recommended 🤍

For a relaxing stay, the house and garden are fantastic. It's beautifully furnished, clean, and just five minutes from the sea at Porto Potenza Picena. The owner was wonderful and available whenever we needed information, and her husband, Mario, is a lovely person. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet. Thanks so much, Elisabetta.

We slept really well, the bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet but still convenient, close to the center of Potenza Picena. The property is charming, clean, tastefully furnished and has a lovely garden. Elisabetta was a great host, attentive and friendly, and so kind and helpful whenever we had a small issue. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Elisabetta was so friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of information on places to see and current events, along with great advice. We booked a short getaway because a friend recommended it, and had a wonderful time. Our ground-floor apartment had a patio, was welcoming and tastefully furnished, and was very clean with lots of attention to detail. The shared garden was well kept and had lovely relaxing views of the hills. We'll definitely be back!
