I was thinking of booking this place while planning my Italy trip, but the emails and replies I read caught me off guard. The manager comes across as extremely rude and childish, making excuse after excuse instead of trying to improve. It seems they don't care about giving guests quality service or making sure they have a good experience.

Breakfast served in the room was excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and had a good variety. The owner was kind and took good care of her guests. I stayed here with a colleague and felt very comfortable. It was a quiet, clean, well-kept place, and there's a square with lots of venues just around the corner, about 100 meters away, for anyone wanting to go out in the evening. A fellow from my hometown, whom I happened to meet in Potenza, had recommended it.

I hadn't expected this problem after seeing so many positive reviews. I arrived around 5:30 PM, but there was no air conditioning until 10:30 AM the next day. The owner said it runs automatically at a set time. With two children, one just five months old, and the hottest week of the year, how are you supposed to manage without it? A free sauna, basically. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Lucia and Teresa greeted me with smiles and were so kind that I felt at ease straight away. The place is clean and well cared for, and breakfast comes with plenty of different things. It's quiet enough for a good night's sleep, and the nearby park is nice for a walk. I had a fantastic stay, highly recommend it, and will definitely be back.

The hostess's warmth and kindness made the place feel especially welcoming. I stayed for two nights while taking a public competition, and my room was comfortable, clean, and airy.
