BB La Maison

Cleanliness was the strongest point here. The apartment looked practically new, with three rooms on the first floor and a nice kitchen, though we were told not to use it. Heating was uneven: one room was cold, the other two too warm, and the room thermostats apparently weren't working. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the heat exchangers mounted just below the kitchen window (see photo). Breakfast was only a pastry, such as a croissant, and a hot drink. In my room, one of the two pillows had no pillowcase, and one of the two bedside lights was out. The rooms do have double beds. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

The bar downstairs, run by the same owners, has a good selection. The B&B itself is lovely, with spotless rooms, and the lady and her husband are both fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it.

The rooms are new and very spacious, and the place has a really pleasant feel. The owners are warm and friendly, and everything was beautifully clean. A great B&B, well worth a stop if you're passing through Potenza.

Mrs. Rocchina was so kind, and made a delicious breakfast. The property itself is beautifully finished, welcoming, and excellent.
