Such a comfortable place to stay!

Breakfast is at Gran Caffè, one of Potenza's biggest cafés, only a few meters away. The hostess was friendly and helpful. We had booked every room, so the whole property was ours. It’s right in the city center at the start of the pedestrian area. The common room has a water dispenser, kettle, and coffee pod machine. The place is elegant and beautiful, kept very clean and in meticulous condition. We slept really well too, the bed was extremely comfortable and the soundproofing kept all street noise out.

The bar for breakfast, practically opposite the main square, was clean and served delicious food. The B&B is right in the center, with all kinds of shops easy to reach. The room was spotless, well equipped, and just right. Its windows shut out all the noise, music, and chatter outside. We booked by phone and were struck by how kind the lady was. She gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. The only drawback was the location, though with a little patience you can find it for very little money. I highly recommend it, the value for money is excellent.

I stayed in Room 1, which was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Guests can help themselves to coffee pods, not plastic ones, and herbal teas. The owner made me feel at ease right away, and the welcome was courteous and professional from the moment I came in. It feels like a very welcoming place. The B&B is right on Potenza's main street in the city center. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area. The one downside is the lack of nearby parking, so if you have pets, there’s a bit of a walk.
