There was a lot nearby, including bars, grocery stores, and a pizzeria, and the entrance to the stadium was right across from the place. Getting to the center was convenient, with escalators close by, and parking was handy too. The room was large, warm, and welcoming.

The woman who cleaned the rooms was really helpful and kind. The B&B was clean and had what we needed. The tower fan did the job, though air conditioning would've been better. The hard, thick pillows were barely usable, so that's why it loses a star.

The keypad entry with personal codes felt secure and worked well, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were pleasant, with a nice choice of colors, and the kettle, coffee maker, mini oven, and fridge made things practical. Breakfast in the room could be easier with more biscuits, brioches, napkins, and glasses; a discount at a nearby bar for a more filling breakfast would also help. Viale Marconi is a convenient spot, opposite the Viviani Stadium, with escalators nearby linking to Via Pretoria and the historic center, and easy access around the city. Good value for money. I'll be back!

We spent just one night here with the family. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the bathroom was comfortable. There was a small kitchen area with an electric mini oven, induction hob, and Bialetti coffee machine with capsules. The mattresses were hard, which was the only downside for me. All in all, very good.
