We found this family-run B&B a great base for exploring Bassano and the nearby area. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help, and the place had all the comforts we needed.

I’ve never left a negative review of a business before, but this stay left me with no choice. I booked on May 8th for May 15th, 2024, and the booking was confirmed. On the 15th, I called and was told they’d be expecting me after 7:00 PM. Traffic was especially bad, so I tried to let them know I might be late. I called several times, but the owner’s mobile was switched off. I then tried WhatsApp; the calls rang, but nobody picked up. When I reached the property at about 8:00 PM, there was no one to let me in. The doorbell got no response either. I even asked a neighbor for help, but ended up searching for somewhere to sleep at the last minute after a five-hour drive, then taking the first hotel I could find. The owner called at 8:43 PM, about an hour later, and said someone was always at home. The unanswered WhatsApp calls document what happened. I’ll leave out what the owner said to me, but it wasn’t appropriate for someone managing a property. People offering this kind of service need to be reachable by phone.

We had a comfortable, spotless room with thoughtful details, and the host Marina and her husband made us feel at home through their kindness and enthusiasm. The place is quiet and family-friendly, and it’s well placed for walks nearby or trips to the surrounding towns. We stayed as a couple for some downtime, and have saved it as a favorite for next time. Recommended.

There’s plenty of room here, it’s clean, and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The products are high quality, too. You can tell the owners care a lot about what they do; they’re welcoming, while still giving you space when that’s what you need. I’m in the area often, so I’ll have a chance to come back.

The owners were so friendly, and everything was clean. They also left all the breakfast items for us. It’s a detached two-story house, with a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and small bathroom with a washing machine downstairs. Upstairs are a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a large bathroom. The furnishings have a lot of charm.
