We came for a quiet weekend, and Francesca greeted us so warmly. She walked us through the services and shared a little about how the business got started. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from, and it was handy to have a guest refrigerator. The breakfast room overlooking the garden felt special, too. It’s well placed for cultural outings and excursions nearby. Highly recommended.

Francesca, the owner, really adds something with her smile and helpful suggestions. The property is clean and welcoming, with easy parking, a tidy, practical shared area, and a generous breakfast. Its location works well for exploring Friuli, the Karst, or Slovenia, and it has what you need for a varied stay. Highly recommended.

We came back to Francesca’s after nine years to see more of Friuli, this time with our two dogs. They weren’t just allowed, they were made to feel very welcome. The garden is well cared for, and the rooms are still lovely and impeccably clean. It’s a handy base for visiting lots of places, and the price is fair. Highly recommended.

At Francesca’s B&B, we could make breakfast ourselves and choose when to eat, which was really convenient. The food was amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Francesca is welcoming and empathetic, while still giving us space, and my husband and I felt at home. The B&B is also ideally placed for exploring northeastern Friuli. The price feels very reasonable for the quality of the place and service, especially with current prices. The owner was genuinely friendly and available whenever we needed something. Our spacious, gorgeous room and its large, well-equipped bathroom were clean and tidy throughout. There’s generous parking on site behind an automatic gate, and the owner leaves you the remote with your room key. It’s a convenient base for seeing Friuli Venezia Giulia, close to Udine and also within easy reach of Trieste. Lovely vineyards for wine tasting and scenic walks are nearby, too.
