We had an awful time dealing with this host. Our friends were delayed by documented traffic and road accidents, but the owner cancelled their booking as a “no-show” while they were still on their way. One of the travelers has a serious medical condition and particular dietary needs, yet they were stranded at 11:00 PM. We had to find emergency lodging for them late at night, and it was completely unsuitable for their medical needs. The owner showed no empathy and seemed to be trying to keep the payment. Booking.com eventually stepped in and secured a full refund. Our birthday and New Year celebrations were both ruined. Save yourself the stress and stay far away.

I’m giving one star only because there’s no option for a negative rating. I’m tired of going over this again. The host’s failure to provide credit unexpectedly left me out in freezing weather for an hour and caused me physical harm. They also insulted me by saying I’d “booked only the cheapest apartment but expect A SERVICE.” For a week in a small town, I paid 1262.5 euros, where a pizza costs only 7 euros. Is that cheap? They treated me like a BE*GAR, sending an envelope of coins as the compensation I’d asked for. Their ignorance and discrimi*ation because of my race, along with a f*ke description and terrible facilities, have made things even worse. I came to ski and specifically checked whether the place was connected to the Dolomites superski area. In a skiing context, “connected” naturally means linked by slopes and lifts. They said YES, and that was the main reason I booked, despite the extremely unreasonable price. But it’s only close to ONE lift, ONE AND ONLY, with no connection to any other area. To reach other slopes, we had to rely on a ski bus, and NO ONE knew whether or when it would come. I’d leave at 8am each morning but didn’t get skiing until 10, and the bus delay even made me miss a morning lesson with my instructor. The facilities were a nightm*re. The hair dyer was so loud it stopped working after two seconds, and had disg*usting dust and hair on the back. The clothes hangers were old and dirty, and somehow they were all different shapes, so keeping even spacing between clothes was difficult. The shower was so narrow that even a petit girl couldn’t wash her hair without hitting her elbow on the wall. For 180+ euros PER DAY, I don’t deserve this. I came during an expensive holiday season, which makes me even angrier. I flew for 20 hours and then spent 5 hours in a car for a long-awaited holiday, and now it’s all gone. This has been a nightm*re. That comment about booking the cheapest apartment and asking what I expected really hurt. It made me wonder: is 1262.5 euros cheap in a small town here? Is it even the cheapest? Should I only trust hotels that honor their brands? If you’re a customer like me, who cares about 1260 euros and wants to protect holiday plans from being ruined, please think TWICE. And to the host: please don’t offer a sincere apology and then DO NOTHING. Save both our time, thanks. When you’ve done something wrong, you need to make it right instead of saying us*less words.

This small B&B left me feeling relaxed, and the setting is hard to beat: a stunning landscape, a large private garden, and the SuperSki Dolomiti cableway right next door. The suite takes design and luxury seriously, with its own sauna. From the excellent breakfast to the services and amenities, the guest really is king. A true gem hidden in the Dolomites.

We spent nine days here in December 2025, renting the apartment with the sauna, and can’t understand the negative reviews. The hostess was consistently polite, helpful, and accommodating, and arranging a later arrival was easy. We were welcomed with a delicious snack made with care, plus fresh fruit in the room. The modern, high-quality room was fantastic: clean, nicely decorated, with its own terrace at the back where it was completely quiet. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the linens were light but warm. They were changed automatically after just three days. The room had its own adjustable heating. The sauna was a real highlight, and the electric fireplace made it even cozier. The gondola station is just a few steps away, and we could easily walk to town, several restaurants, and a supermarket. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and they always accommodated individual requests. There was fresh-squeezed orange juice each morning and an afternoon snack too. We could keep our skis and boots in a heated, lockable cabinet in a ground-floor room near the entrance. Parking was right at the house. The owner also suggested local restaurants, many of which needed reservations around New Year, and took care of booking them for us. It was a perfect holiday for us. Many thanks again, we’d love to come back.
