The restaurant made every dinner feel first class, with lovely staff and excellent service. “Adela, agua con gas!!! ❤️” The shuttles to Ciampedie and Buffare run on a regular schedule, which made getting there much easier. They’ve also thought carefully about families traveling with children, and the facilities and services cover what you need. At the start of our trip, our taxi left us at the bus stop, but the hotel's van came in less than five minutes. When we found a small issue with the room, they offered us another one within 20 minutes instead of just saying they'd tell maintenance. The whole team was lovely from the beginning. We can't wait to come back next year.

Gran Baita was beautifully maintained, with fun activities and a great kids club. We had a magical week with the team and will be back.

Our dog loved the hotel too, and we had a wonderful vacation. A big thank you to everyone at Hotel Gran Baita for making it feel perfect. The new management has lifted the place from a good hotel to an excellent one, with families clearly in mind. There are play areas indoors and outside, and an adult is there to look after the children. Families made good use of them, especially during the long, excellent dinners when children might get impatient. The staff are something else, from reception and the restaurant to the people caring for the rooms and children, and the excellent kitchen team. We enjoyed Italian food at its best, with a daily choice of traditional and local dishes, gourmet options, and a children's menu. My wife is vegetarian, so the vegetarian courses mattered to us, and the excellent restaurant service made meals superb.
