The family who owns the place gave great service. Rooms were clean, and the bar and restaurant setup worked well for me. There are lovely landscape views from the benches outside. A great place to stop before an early trek to the Vajolet towers.

That cappuccino with extra chocolate powder on top was a favorite, and the croissant was flaky outside and moist inside. Their cakes were amazing too, not too sweet or dry. The owner was so nice and welcomed us with a smile and good food. Some of the staff speak English. The stay was good value, with a warm, clean place, nice room views, and a well-equipped room with clean shared bathrooms. I love this rifugio and will definitely come back.
