The toilet in my room barely flushed, and neither the bidet nor the sink drained properly. Staff could be shady and sometimes rude. At check-in I was asked a thousand questions and given a long list of rules, and it felt like we were being watched all the time. You also have to contact them if you need anything in an emergency because they don’t let you keep the keys. There were acrylic sheets too. The one good thing was the air conditioning worked, and you could leave it running as long as you weren’t going out. I’d read the reviews before booking this B&B, but didn’t pay them much mind. It really does feel like barracks.

The room and bathroom were comfortable, though the bed was very uncomfortable. The B&B itself was clean and tidy, but it’s quite far from both the center and the sea, so you need a car to get around. They require cash and don’t provide receipts. There’s also a €20 security deposit, refunded if there’s no damage. The older brother could use a little more friendliness.

We stayed on the night of August 14th. It’s a quiet area, so we slept well, and the owners were kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean. Pietranere is a bit far to walk to, especially if you’re carrying several beach bags. Without much to carry, though, it’s a pleasant walk with a chat and a laugh. A couple of suggestions for the owners: add a hairdryer in the bathroom and a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Otherwise, I’d recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay. The new B&B was a great find, and every room was spotless. Our room was quiet, had all the amenities, and came with a lovely ensuite bathroom and a really comfortable bed. The location made it easy to get everywhere on foot, and there was street parking in front. Staff were warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. Great value for money. Thanks, and see you soon!
