The coffee was genuinely good, and the price felt fair. We also had a great view, were about a 20-minute walk from the ferry, and found the room clean. Coffee and tea were available whenever we wanted. Those positives didn't make up for the poor sleep, though. There was no one on site at reception. We got the key safe code by phone instead. The bed wasn't especially comfortable, and at 1.90 m (a little over six feet), I found it rather snug. The shower either gave a weak stream or kept running until the tray was close to overflowing. Noise was the biggest problem. We heard the scooter-riding young people every time they went past in the evening and early night. The only other interruption was a small music party upstairs. Soundproofing clearly isn't a strong point, so conversations, crying babies, or people having sex could carry between rooms. We didn't sleep well. Two stars.
