The room's condition didn't seem well looked after. There were visible cracks in the walls and the furnishings were noticeably old. The bed wasn't in great shape either. The bathroom worked, but the shower was very cramped and the water drained slowly, which made things less comfortable. In my view, this is closer to a basic 1-star hotel than a 3-star one. It's okay for a short stay if you don't expect much. The hotel overall is quite basic and dated. I had mixed impressions during my stay in Italy.

The service was good and polite, the prices reasonable, and the room spacious. There was free outdoor parking at the hotel. On the downside, the shower was small and awkward, the toiletries were uncomfortable to use, and there was no bath towel, just two face towels. There weren't enough charging sockets, with none for laptops. The hotel entrance also had no ramp.
