Giovanni was very friendly and helpful at check-in, and had great recommendations. The Amalfi coast views are beautiful. The rooms are very nice and equipped with everything you need, and there’s plenty of space to hang out on the patio. Plus, a hot tub overlooking the sea. What could be better?

The bus and taxi stop is about a five-minute walk down the hill, and a private transfer from Naples airport is available at a reasonable price. The host communicates well about it. CalanteLuna has a perfect view, a spacious home, and enough amenities and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable. Just be aware of the first 106 steps up to the property if you have mobility issues. Thank you, Giovanni and Elia, for your kind and patient hospitality.

Praiano was a beautiful little town with a great choice of restaurants, and a much nicer base for exploring the coast than Positano and Amalfi, which were full of tourists. Calante Luna was a perfect place to stay for our four-night honeymoon. Giovanni was friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for Praiano and the surrounding towns. Our room had an amazing view, a balcony, and a separate little terrace. The steps up to the apartment are steep, but we found that pretty normal for everywhere we stayed in the area. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

The room looked even better than the photos. We stayed in Room Elena, which was spacious and had a kettle and fridge, so we could buy groceries and have breakfast on the shared terrace. The host was helpful, and the price was really good for the area. An amazing stay.

The apartment was spotless and the hot tub was great. Giovanni made us feel welcome and shared local tips for food and places to visit. He also recommended the cove for a swim, which was quiet with a few locals around. The view from the apartment was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend it and visit again.
