We spent four nights here. The balcony was gorgeous, the room clean and well kept, and the friendly staff helped with every little problem. Breakfast had a great variety of choices, and the pool and solarium were perfect. Highly recommended. Make sure to explore Praiano!

Parking in the village is hard to find, but with the hotel's help we managed to store the car safely for a few days. The place is lovely, with a pool and jacuzzi, and it's close to shops, restaurants and the beach in a beautiful location. The views are amazing, everything was clean, and service was very good. The staff were so friendly that it'll be hard to find that kind of service again. It deserves five stars, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The location is handy, right behind the bus stop, and breakfast was good. But the rooms felt old and dated, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My friend paid the city tax for both of us, which should have been 25 euros. She handed over 50, and they didn't return any change. Then, when I was leaving, they charged me another 25, saying my friend hadn't paid at all. The staff were generally rude.

The people were so nice, and our large room came with an amazing balcony and breathtaking views. Breakfast was included, delicious and offered plenty of choices. This place feels magical, and we can't wait to return. Just make sure you're able to climb stairs when visiting this part of the world.

We stayed in clean, spacious rooms with incredible sea views. Room 103 is lovely, and there are beautiful garden terraces to explore. The breakfast was great, served on a patio with breathtaking views, and Pirata beach club nearby is fantastic. Staff were friendly and attentive. A note for North Americans: set your expectations when you arrive. This is a charming, older, small hotel built into the side of a cliff. As with most Amalfi Coast hotels, there are plenty of stairs down to the water and restaurants. We'd definitely come again.
