I stayed for about a month while at university. The service was great, and check-in and check-out were really easy. My room was modern apart from the bathroom, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Italian summer. I saw some of the other student rooms, and I think I got the short straw. Mine was pretty small, and a bit more space would’ve helped. The location worked perfectly for me, about a 10-minute walk into Prato city centre, with groceries around 5-10 minutes away.

The room was plain, but very clean. I could’ve used a bigger bedside table for all my travel clutter, and the shower had terrific water pressure. Breakfast was fantastic, with salad, eggs, lovely mushrooms, plenty of cheeses and meats, plus fresh croissants and bread. Great hotel.

The rooms were clean and perfectly satisfactory, and I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is well placed near both the train station and Prato’s historic center. I’m still not sure what to make of the Mona Lisa collection. Breakfast could be improved by offering a little less.

We stayed for three nights in two different room types. Everything was clean and had the amenities you’d expect from a hotel. The reception staff were especially friendly, and the service was professional. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, but the stay was still good value for money.

The staff were really friendly and helpful at this lively boutique hotel on the edge of Prato’s old town, about a 15-20 minute stroll away. My room was smaller than I expected, though it had all the essentials apart from an iron. The hotel has to do the ironing for you!
