The bathroom is basic, but it does the job. The studio was a great base for exploring Tuscany, with a kitchen and washing machine so we could make homemade pasta and do a couple loads of laundry. Prato is a nice little town, though there were some sketchy characters around at night. The apartment is a bit outside Florence, and the train station is an easy 5-10 minute walk away.

The host was really helpful and communicated well. The place was nice and clean, and everything was within walking distance from its very central location. We had an amazing stay, thanks.

We stayed for two days and found the apartment dirty when we arrived. We reported it, and someone came to clean, but they only dealt with the obvious areas even though we’d asked them to clean everything. We also had trouble with the hot water. The circuit breakers were off, apparently because one of the electric water heaters was tripping the main breaker.

The owner was very helpful and let us extend checkout to fit our request. The apartment is clean, new, and equipped with every comfort, right in the center of Prato and very close to the Serraglio station. We’ll be back soon on our next visit to Florence.
