The thin quilt left me freezing all night, and so much in the room was broken. I barely slept either, with drunk people downstairs laughing and yelling late into the night and no soundproofing to block it out. Stay here if you want to get sick and wreck your trip. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. 🙃

The bathroom had a strange smell, and the cheap air freshener used to cover it up filled the room. The staff treated our group badly, acting arrogantly and insisting we all have breakfast together at 7 a.m.

We were here for two nights on a bus tour, mostly just to sleep, and it was okay for that. The place was clean, but about as basic as it gets. Breakfast was lukewarm, very simple, and had hardly any options. Florence city center is an hour away by car. Go in expecting nothing and you won't be disappointed.

With the window open to get some air into the room, all the outside noise came in. They'd already switched off the air conditioning in early fall. The room wasn't very clean either, and the floor needs replacing.

It's an old hotel, and the rooms are poor. Doesn't feel like four stars at all. Breakfast was the usual Italian kind, but there wasn't much to it. There is parking for two buses.
