The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay, though the facilities would make me think twice about returning. The room was huge and nicely furnished, with a full kitchenette including a fridge, stove, and sink. The bed was uncomfortable, and while the bathroom was nice, the water-saving showerhead made the shower horrible. Laundry was available, but the washer kept stopping halfway through and didn't spin our clothes. Wifi varied a lot, good at times and really poor at others. It's a nice place close to the best parts of Prato.

I stayed here a few years ago through Monash Uni. Being right by the Duomo is an amazing location, and the atmosphere on the Terrace is beautiful. The rooms are nice and well kept. I'd recommend it and can't wait to return.

The owner was very friendly and even helped me call an airline about my missing baggage. I loved the rooftop courtyard, especially for dinner at sunset. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The terrace is a lovely spot to hang out, and the location is great. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and everyone on the staff is wonderfully helpful.

Cute place with a great vibe. The only downside was no clothes dryer, so things had to air dry in the cold. Otherwise, I loved it.
