Federica is always kind and ready to help, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well cared for. The bathroom even has a window, which is handy for airing it out after a shower. Set in Fiano di Abeto, a quiet village above Norcia, this charming place is ideal for peace and relaxation, with trips and excursions easy to plan. Breakfast was exceptional, with homemade jams and pastries, plus cappuccino and coffee made to order in a spacious, welcoming room. Valter is delightful and can arrange outings or join you for adventures like rafting and mountain biking.

We went to Nonna Rosa's in June to see Castelluccio in bloom, and after two short stays Federica and Walter's B&B has already become one of our favorites. It feels like an enchanting secret garden, and the owners are wonderful. Recommended in every way! Carlo and Antonietta

Federica brought us delicious things for breakfast each morning, especially items made with special local flours. The owners were so kind and welcoming, and we were truly happy with our stay. The house is tucked among a small group of homes not far from Norcia, in a peaceful green valley with lovely scenery. It’s furnished with real taste and care. Highly recommended!
