La Locanda del Collaccio

The place is very clean and in a lovely green setting, but my plan to relax didn’t work out. Kids were screaming, my roommate spoke loudly, and the pool area was full of shouting. Many women treated swimming caps as optional, as if getting a photo was all that mattered. No one seemed to follow the pool rules. The restaurant and bar service also left a lot to be desired. I wanted to get away from the city’s chaos, but that didn’t happen.

There’s a great range of places to stay here, from hotel-style and family rooms with beds and cots to an apartment, camper, or tent. It’s a genuine Agriturismo, spacious and immaculately kept, set on a slope with a lovely view. Reception staff speak several languages and helped us find the right accommodation. There’s also a lovely adjoining room for conferences, meetings, or reunions. The restaurant was fantastic. I ate so well, the service was excellent, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. The pool overlooking the mountains and the wonderful village of Preci is fun and beautifully set up. A must-visit for us, and we’ll be back with the whole family!

There’s a good range of options here, from rooms to a campervan or cottage. It’s a beautiful place with a stunning view of the Sibillini Mountains, ample parking, a very good restaurant, and a wonderful pool overlooking the scenery.

We spent the last weekend in June here. The room was cosy and very clean, and the bathroom had everything needed. The location was good and very quiet. My only issue was the noise from the cleaning staff in the morning, and that they started knocking on doors at 9:00 AM.
