Less than a 5 minute walk gets you to the SkiBus or Coop, and there are plenty of pizzerias and other good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We had a very comfortable, clean, home-like family apartment. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a table for 6, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and fridge.
The Boninsegnas are exceptionally kind and welcoming, and they took great care of what we needed. We’re grateful for every chance we’ve had to experience that memorable, sincere Trentino hospitality. The apartment itself is comfortable, with practical, dependable furnishings and amenities. We slept well, and being close to the small mountain town made getting around easy.
Chiara, the owner, is delightful and kind, and was always available. My wife and I stayed for a week and a half and had a wonderful time. The Nicoleta 1 apartment feels very welcoming, almost like home, and everything was clean and efficient. It’s beautiful and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, heated towel rails, and new bathrooms. The rooms are lovely too. The location is right in central Predazzo, just 2 minutes from the main square. 10 stars for cleanliness and efficiency.
The terrace has a beautiful mountain view, and the apartment sits just behind Predazzo’s main square. A co-op, bar, sports shop, and pizzerias are all only a few hundred meters away. Inside, it’s very nice and clean, with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and shower.
