The wellness area costs 10€ p/h, which is ridiculous. The food arrived cold, and there was no shampoo, just a small bag of soap. Our room was very dirty and old, and the balcony door couldn't open because another door was in its way. The staff were rude.

The view from the room was unbelievable, with snow-covered mountains all around. There’s also a natural spring faucet about 20 meters up the road where you can fill bottles with cold mountain water. The hotel itself was amazing too, with friendly staff, a clean feel, and a lovely family atmosphere.

We came as a large tour group and arrived late, so maybe made-to-order food would be better. I didn't stay at the hotel, but we had dinner there. The goulash with polenta was pretty good, while the vegetable soup was creamy but tasteless. The lasagna wasn't made very well, and the fruit cake was just okay. There was also a vegetarian option. It didn't feel like the kind of Italian food we expected.

We came in late as a group and they graciously made room for us. The food was to die for, and the service was amazing. The hotel itself is a precious historic place in a central location.
