Good.
Fabio, Vito, and Salvatore helped everything run smoothly, and the women who cleaned our room were friendly and helpful too. We had a lovely weekend here. The building feels a bit dated, though several updates are underway, including new fixtures, faucets, ceiling lights, bar area, and furniture. The food was simple but good. Recommended!
Fabio and his father, Giovanni, gave us useful advice on places to visit, were always available, and served several dishes that were part of our stay. The family owners made us feel like old friends from the start, and their care showed in the details. We spent three days at this clean, well-kept hotel, with a breathtaking view and the ski slopes close by. Our room was comfortable and had the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for its welcoming, lovingly managed feel.
Fabio and his father run the hotel with real passion. They were kind and always available, and made us feel at home right away. The family atmosphere is hard to find these days. The Hotel Suisse in Passolanciano was clean and welcoming, with comfortable, well-heated rooms for coming back to after hiking or a day in the snow. The food was authentic and delicious too. A wonderful stay for anyone looking for mountain quiet and relaxation. I’ll definitely return.
It’s isolated, with no shops nearby, and the hotel Wi-Fi was unreliable. Extras like wine and spirits felt overpriced, and the food choices were limited. I’d expected more typical local dishes. On the plus side, the hotel is right on the slopes, parking on site is free, and the full board was acceptable overall. The elderly owner was very friendly and helpful. The heating is centralized and managed by the owner’s son, so we couldn’t adjust the room temperature.
