The valley views are lovely, and you can see farm animals from this renovated farmhouse tucked into nature. The rooms feel airy and charming thanks to their high ceilings and preserved wooden beams, and each has a large bathroom with a shower and a window. Meals are decent and generous if you decide to eat lunch or dinner there. Breakfast was a letdown: there was no food or even bottled water, just a slice of the owner's really tasty homemade cake and whatever drink you wanted. You can ask for more. With the windows open, birds can get inside, so mosquito screens would help. And for a stay of several days, don't expect the room to be cleaned.
