A terrible stay. I spent two days there, 29 -30/11/2018, and the room was freezing like a freezer. I'd given them my arrival time and clearly asked for the heating to be turned on, but I slept dressed the first night. The second night I had to call the manager again to get the heating switched on. The shower stall is so narrow you have to stand diagonally just to fit, and can't wash your feet. There's not enough room to sit properly on the toilet either. One star because I can't give less.

We were pilgrims walking the Via Francigena and had booked Via Petrosa. Instead, we were redirected to Via Stazione, which was dirty and unpleasant. Even the shared area had no chairs.
