The peaceful setting around Proceno was just right for a Tuscan escape. Francesco and his whole family were among the kindest, most generous and patient hosts I've met while traveling.

The accommodations turned out much better than we expected, and the grounds are lovely and quiet. We booked through Airbnb and stayed twice. Francesco was great about meeting us promptly both times, and his restaurant suggestions were always good.

Francesco made us feel very welcome and was accommodating throughout our stay. We booked through AirBnB, and the place itself is full of charm, one of the most beautiful spots I've seen anywhere. It's also a handy base for exploring Tuscany, from its walled towns and cities to wineries and natural sights.

The cottage sits on lovely land, and the view alone made the stay worthwhile. We felt well looked after, and there's a small town with everything you might need just 10 minutes away. It's a sweet countryside getaway. There was no Wi-Fi, which we knew before arriving and had planned around.

Set among the fields, this place felt magical and went beyond what we expected. The owners were caring and very kind, always around when we needed something while still giving us space. It's well placed for visiting Val d'Orcia and the many beautiful nearby towns. Simply fabulous.
