La Cantina dello Sgatto

The room was great and the host was lovely. It's centrally located, near a beach, and about a 30-minute walk from either end of the island.

The room was spotless and brand new, and Vittorio and his wife were so attentive to what travelers need. Their breakfast, all cooked by them, is something I'll miss. We had such enjoyable conversations and already want to return as soon as we can. Procida dialect has never tasted so good.

Vittorio and Margherita's place was out of this world. They look after every little detail, so you can just relax. Everything was exceptional, from the fantastic housekeeping to the daily changes of towels, water bottles, and welcome amenities. Vittorio makes breakfast every morning, with sweet and savory options, fruit, water, coffee, and lemon juice. It was all spectacular, and there was plenty of it. Honestly, I've never stayed anywhere with such attention to detail. They make you feel really special.

The breakfasts were full of little surprises, and our room was roomy and spotless. There were also wine tastings, liqueurs, and other treats. Vittorio made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and helped us get into the island’s magical atmosphere. After 40 years of travel, this is still one of my best experiences. Definitely worth trying.
