The location is okay, near the center, and the rooms are good and clean. Breakfast was quite poor, with hardly any choice. There's no hotel parking, so you need to find a spot somewhere around the city. Three stars at most.

Maurizio and Roberta went above and beyond what I expected. They were so kind and always ready to help, whether I needed information, wanted to book a table at a nice local restaurant, or just fancied a good coffee during the day. The service was great, and the staff were lovely. I especially loved the breakfast, with so many options that made it delicious and never boring. The place is close to lots of shops and good restaurants, and I didn't need a car since the main bus stops are nearby. I had the most wonderful holiday days here and can't wait to return!

Breakfast was a letdown, especially the croissants, which tasted terribly stale. The breakfast room was also a mess: on both mornings we stayed, piles of bills covered the tables. The staff were friendly and the bathroom was nice, but that was about it. Parking is around a five-minute walk away, and there are bars on the corner.

The rooms could use some maintenance, and sound carries easily from the neighboring rooms and from downstairs, where breakfast is served and the TV can be on late in the evening. Still, we had a good two-night stay. The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is generous. Our room was spacious enough, and having a window was pleasant and handy for hanging beach towels and swimsuits. I’m not sure the property quite lives up to its four-star rating, though.
