A truly one-of-a-kind place, with professional service and such kind management. The rural setting was amazing, full of shy, beautiful animals, and there was a comfortable spa nearby. An irreplaceable experience over Easter weekend!

The food quality and dining experience were poor overall, though we ate everything. I’m sharing the details in the hope the service can improve. The main issue wasn’t the price. I would have paid more for a decent meal. We booked an apartment for four at a reasonable price. The hotel was small and cozy, with clean rooms that were a bit small but suited us well. Pre-check-in went smoothly. Communication was sometimes difficult because the receptionists had limited English, though we found one who spoke more fluently on our last day. Staff also didn’t offer information or recommendations proactively, so we had to ask about every detail. The hotel has two restaurants and a wellness spa, but it took us three days to find them because they’re in separate buildings. The bistro by reception serves breakfast. After a week, it became repetitive, with few savory choices and no vegetables, though the sweet options were satisfactory. I appreciated the explanation about Wi-Fi, but since it worked well at reception and not in the rooms, the rooms weren’t adequately covered. A simple apology for the inconvenience would have been enough. Here’s how the meal went. The bread served as an amuse-bouche was a nice gesture, but would have been better with olive oil, salt and pepper. The first course was bread again with gratinated cheese, honey and nuts. The idea was interesting, but the bread wasn’t fully covered with cheese and the taste was just okay. The second course, soup, reminded me of childhood cafeteria food, with overcooked vegetables and a stew-like consistency. It lacked the refinement expected of a bistro, and I had to ask for a spoon after the servers forgot to bring me one. The pork loin in the third course tasted and was prepared acceptably, but the salad was bland, with no seasoning, olive oil or sauce. The fourth course was “Pardulas”. It was decent but forgettable, not something I’d eagerly order again, and didn’t look or taste as expected for a memorable dessert. Best regards.

The room is small but works well, and everything is spotlessly clean. The bathroom is fabulous, with a massage shower. There’s a regular pool and a whirlpool, plus a fantastic grass lawn. The car park is generous and shaded by palm trees. The staff are really friendly. I love this hotel. My one suggestion for management would be to get better pillows for guests.

The breakfast was the best we had during our week in Sardinia, with great little touches like local honey. We had fun in the swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, and enjoyed the three cheeky dogs who live at the hotel and the surprise Llama. The staff were very helpful and I liked the hotel a lot. The room was great too, though I wish the shower had been bigger.
