Locanda Della Meridiana - Ginepro

Alice and Giorgia were amazing hosts, so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Near the end of our 10-day stay at Locanda della Meridiana, we fell ill. They cooked rice for us, arranged a room even though the place was fully booked, and called the car rental company and pharmacies for us. Thank you for taking such good care of us. The setting was wonderful too, with a refreshing pool, olive trees, and lots of cozy places to sit outside. There's a lovely herb and vegetable garden where guests can pick things. The accommodation is a five-minute walk from the beach, which is the only beach in South Sardinia with clean restrooms. It was a fantastic experience.

We only stayed one night, which was a pity, and will definitely come back. The hotel is just 300m from the beach, and it's well placed for visiting other beaches nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helped us enjoy our beach day. We also loved the vegetable garden and used some of the produce they offered. The restaurant is highly recommended too. We had dinner under an olive tree in an incredibly romantic setting.

The staff made it feel like we’d been welcomed into a family home in Sardinia, and they really helped us unwind. My wife and I spent four nights here and had an amazing time. The garden was a real treat: full of fruit, vegetables, and herbs, and we could use the produce for our own cooking. We also loved the meals at the restaurant, which were flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with local ingredients. Breakfast each morning brought pastries, fruit, yogurt, and coffee or juice. Locanda della Meridiana is well placed for exploring southern Sardinia, with lots of beautiful beaches a short drive away. The natural setting and the care from the team made our stay memorable. When we arrived, Alice and Giorgia from reception welcomed us warmly, showed us around the property, and were always ready with answers or recommendations. They made us feel at home straight away. Everything felt beyond perfect, and we’re already hoping to come back. We’re so grateful to the team for making the visit special. If you’re heading to southern Sardinia, this place feels like a little paradise.
