The room was tidy, clean, and had air conditioning. I booked through the bellavitainpuglia website, where my package was meant to include a bottle of prosecco and breakfast items for the next day. Neither was there. I called the owner and got no answer; the next day he suggested breakfast at a nearby bar, but never addressed the rest. I paid for something I didn't receive. Honesty first.

The suite was spotless and felt brand new, right in the center of town. We couldn't get to the beach because the evening was gloomy, so we went for a walk and came back to the jacuzzi. Candles and a bathroom set were provided, and the staff made us feel at home. I would have given 6-7 stars if I could. Thanks for the lovely service, and keep it up. We arrived to a very professional, friendly welcome, and they even showed us the nearest parking lot in central Pulsano. They took our temperature, opened the door, and showed us around. From the suite there's a beautiful, evocative view of Falconibus Castle. The bedroom is roomy, with a super-modern suspended bed, a walk-in closet, and a large Smart TV. The living area has a sofa that can apparently turn into a double bed, a tall TV, and a completely equipped, brand-new kitchen. The bathroom has boutique-hotel-style fittings and a gorgeous chromotherapy shower. There's also a two-person hydromassage tub. I was worried about figuring it out, but instead of a long Ikea-style instruction sheet, they sent a simple video guide through WhatsApp at check-in, which made it easy. The kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, and what you'd need to cook. I usually eat out on vacation, but it seems suitable for a family with a child who needs to cook. For such a new and clean suite in town, the price was actually below what I'd expected. Hugs, Andrew

The historic center of Pulsano is where you'll find this suite, and the famous Puglian sea with its clear water is only steps away. It has all the comforts, including a hot tub straight out of a movie. The value for money is excellent. I can't wait to come back, especially to have another chat with the lovely Mr. Francesco.

We only stayed one night, but had a wonderful time in this beautiful, tastefully furnished suite in the heart of Pulsano. It had all the comforts we needed. Francesco, the owner, is always kind and helpful, and really goes out of his way to make you feel at home. It was a pleasure, thank you so much!

That hot tub was the highlight, and we enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't want to go home. The suite is lovely and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay.
