Nunzia welcomed us with uncommon kindness and was always ready to respond to any question or need. Our suite with a hot tub was peaceful and comfortable, a perfect place to switch off from everyday life. The room was modern, warm, spotless, and carefully thought out. Everything matched the description, and was even better than we expected. The location was very convenient, close to all the essentials. The price also included plenty of snacks, coffee pods for the machine, and drinks: prosecco, Coca-Cola, Fanta, and bottled water. That kind of guest care isn’t a given. We had a flawless, relaxing night and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The suite has everything you need for a top-notch stay, and Nunzia and Rodolfo are very kind and helpful, with all the information you need. De Falconibus properties are always a pleasure to return to. The location is strategic too, with Pulsano’s beaches about 10 minutes away.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even gave us a bottle of prosecco with appetizers. Our room was romantic, tastefully furnished, and had every comfort. Everything was ready down to the smallest detail when we arrived, including a hot tub that was already filled and heated. The central location was excellent, and parking was easy. Highly recommended, especially for the price.
