We were a couple travelling with our one-year-and-four-month-old, and had such a happy stay. The place is wonderful and close to the beach, with lovely, cozy apartments, a huge pool, and a beautiful garden. The staff were especially attentive: Anna, Angela, Roxana, Khalil, Amin, and chef Mattei Santoni. Highly recommended. I can't see why booking gives it 7.6 when it should be a 10.

We paid 2,800 EUR for a week, and the stay was still full of problems. The furniture in the bedrooms was old, smelly, and squeaky, and the drawers were damaged. There was no internet in the rooms, either Wi-Fi or even a signal from the main phone operators, literally none. The air conditioning units were in every room but didn't work, and the summer evenings were very hot. It seemed like they might not want to spend too much on energy. The garden wasn't somewhere we could sit because of the mosquitoes. In the bathrooms, the furniture and doors had water damage, and the door wouldn't close. The shower's temperature control didn't work properly: set to 20 degrees, the water was boiling. Everything felt poor, old, smelly, or broken. This is not a 4-star hotel, residence, or aparthotel.

The outdoor areas are really lovely, but the place feels dated. The rooms have a strong moldy smell, and the appliances they provide are old and in poor condition.
