Shops, bars, and pizzerias are all within a five-minute walk, even though the property sits in a quiet area on the outskirts of town. There’s a small, carefully kept garden and a fenced parking space. Inside, it’s a charming, spotless two-room apartment with every comfort, looked after by a wonderfully kind lady.
